At the core of this long-travel machine is the new Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor, a powerhouse delivering an incredible 120Nm of torque, up to 750W of peak power, and an industry-leading 600% assistance ratio. This massive boost is housed in a re-engineered Series 4 aluminum frame that sheds over 1.3kg compared to the previous generation, drastically improving agility and trail performance without sacrificing an ounce of strength.
Built to conquer the most technical terrain with absolute confidence, the Alpine Trail E features an aggressive suspension setup consisting of 170mm of front travel paired with 160mm of Marin's refined MultiTrac 2 platform. To sustain long days in the saddle and massive big-mountain missions, the bike is equipped with Bosch’s latest 800Wh PowerTube battery. This setup offers ultimate energy flexibility, allowing riders to easily swap to a lighter 600Wh battery without extra hardware, or bolt on a PowerMore range extender to squeeze out every last drop of adventure between charges.
