We offer 30 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from MTB Monster, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 30 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence. If ordering online, you will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 30 days free insurance.

The basic terms and conditions for activating the 30 days free insurance, you must:
1. Have received your bike in the last 7 days
2. Be over 18 years old
3. Be Resident of the UK, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
4. Use the correct lock
5. Confirm that you have received your bike from MTB Monster and still have possession of the bike
6. Confirm that the bike is in good working order and has not been damaged in any way

Sold Secure Rated Locks:
If your bicycle is insured for under £500, you should use a lock with a Bronze rating.
If your bicycle is insured for under £1,000, you should use a lock with a Silver rating.
If your bicycle is insured for under £3,000, you should use a lock with a Gold rating.
If your bicycle is insured for over £3,001, you should use a lock with a Diamond rating.
Approved Lock - A nominated lock which is specified in the 'Sold Secure' list (www.soldsecure.com) of Cycle locks which is appropriate to the insured Value of the Cycle as above.
