MTB Monster Bike Delivery & Courier Services Information
At MTB Monster, many of our bikes are available for same day customer collection or dispatch within 24 hours of payment.
If your bike is stocked with one of our suppliers rather than instore, the estimated dispatch lead time shown on the product page will apply.
Our team will keep you updated throughout the process via email and provide full tracking details once your bike has been dispatched.
It is important to note that you must accept your bike at the address on the order regardless of the payment method used or delivery service selected.

Standard FREE Delivery: 2 Person Care (FREE over £65*)
Our standard delivery option uses a dedicated 2 person team to ensure large bike boxes are handled with absolute care.

Timeline:
Dispatch within 48 hours for instock showroom models. Delivery is usually completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. -
How It Arrives:
Your bike is built, PDI checked, and safely packaged in our workshop. To lower our environmental impact, we recycle premium bike boxes, so your bike may arrive in an alternatively branded box.

Restricted Postcodes & Courier Surcharges (Furdeco Only)
If you live in a remote or off route location, delivery may take slightly longer or require transferring your box to a regional third-party courier.

Premium White Glove Bike Delivery Service - Cycles Logistics - (£75** - £95***)
Want your bike delivered 100% built with zero boxes to flatten? Our premium home delivery service bypasses traditional freight networks completely. Perfect for:
- e-bikes
- High end mountain bikes
- First time riders
- Customers who want a hassle free setup experience
The service offers the following benefits:
No Box, No Assembly: Your bike arrives completely assembled by our team. Cycle Logistics transports it inside a specially modified vehicle where it is rolled straight out onto your driveway ready to ride.
30-Minute Personal Handover: If you have selected the Hand Delivered With Handover (£95), you get up to 30 minutes with a professional delivery driver who is also a trained mechanic. They will walk you through your bike's features, help dial in your initial handlebar angle, adjust your saddle posture, and explain e-bike display/charging parameters.
From the advertised dispatch time at the point of order of your bike most deliveries are completed within 7 days. (up to 14 days for remote locations).
This service is not aimed to be quicker than our standard FREE delivery option. The unique focus of this service is that it means your bike will arrive not in a box but fully built and ready to ride. By selecting the standard option you will also benefit from up to 30 minutes with the delivery driver to have your bike handed over so you can ask questions and familiarise yourself with your new bike.
We have subsidised this service and it is offered at the discounted price of £95 (Standard delivery with Handover) or £75 (Basic delivery without Handover).

We deliver to most UK Mainland postcodes with Cycle Logistics.
DPD Next Day Delivery
We are able to offer DPD expedited delivery on bikes. Please note this service comes with an additional £60 surcharge. Collections are daily with this courier so if you would like this service let the team know and they can dispatch the same day the bike is built. Please note DPD does not deliver bikes on a Saturday or Sunday. If ordered you will be sent a tracking link so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your order. This service is normally completed within 48 hours of dispatch but please be aware this is not guaranteed.
Collections
We encourage our customers to come and collect their new bike from store. This way the bike is available sooner as it does not spend any time in a courier network. It also means that you will be given a detailed handover by one of our mechanics and you can roll the bike out of the shop ready to ride. Our showroom is located at BB2 7HQ just a 5 minute drive off junction 31 of the M6. We have onsite parking and are located out of town with some great pubs for lunch just around the corner if you want to make a day of it. You also have the opportunity for a one 15% discount off RRP on any accessories you decide to pick up on the day.
International Orders
Unpredictable shipping costs mean we do not currently ship outside the UK as often as we once did. Please fill out our online form if you are looking to purchase from overseas and we will contact you with costs involved.
