3. Expert Bike Setup & Inspection | Every bike goes through a full 26-point PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) by our Cytech-qualified mechanics. Electric bikes also receive 9 additional e-bike checks including full diagnostics and software updates. Suspension is tuned to your weight so your bike arrives ready to ride.
4. Safe & Secure Bike Packaging | Each bike is securely wrapped using protective materials with the handlebars and front wheel removed for safe transit. Your box includes allen keys, accessories, chargers and your PDI checklist. Assembly usually takes just 5–10 minutes.
5. Avinox Certified eMTB Services | We use specialist diagnostic tools and software to support modern electric bike systems. Our team receives ongoing training to stay up to date with Avinox systems, ensuring your eMTB receives the highest level of support and maintenance.
6. Frame Protection Options | We offer custom-cut self-healing frame protection kits installed in our dust-free studio to protect your bike from scratches, chips, and scuffs while preserving the finish.
