The Amflow TL Carbon is a full suspension electric touring bike built for riders who want comfort, range, power and real off-road capability in one premium package. Sitting apart from a traditional commuter e-bike or a full enduro eMTB, the TL Carbon is designed for long-distance riding, mixed terrain, daily practicality and weekend adventure, while still carrying the performance-focused DNA that makes Amflow stand out.

Built around a carbon full suspension frame, removable Avinox RS800 battery and the powerful Avinox M2 drive unit, the TL Carbon gives you the support, stability and confidence needed for everything from road miles and forest tracks to gravel routes, bridleways, bikepacking trips and loaded touring.

Amflow TL

The geometry of the Amflow TL Carbon has been designed around stability, comfort and confidence. A 66.9° head angle gives the bike a capable front end for rougher surfaces, while the longer 470mm chainstay helps keep the bike composed when climbing, carrying weight or riding at speed. The upright touring cockpit, high-rise Amflow Touring handlebar and short split stem create a comfortable position for long rides, while the dropper post adds extra control when the terrain gets steeper or more technical.

The TL Carbon is supplied with 27.5” wheels and Maxxis Crossmark II 2.35” tyres, giving a good balance of rolling speed, grip and comfort. The frame is also compatible with both 27.5” and 29” front and rear wheels, giving extra flexibility for riders who want to adapt the bike for different riding styles.

Amflow use a TRP E.A.S.I. electronic rear derailleur with a 10-speed 11-43T cassette, giving smooth and reliable shifting across a useful range for touring and mixed-terrain riding. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston calipers provide strong, controlled braking, with 180mm rotors and integrated tonewheel compatibility for the Avinox system. This gives the bike the stopping power needed for heavier loads, faster descents and unpredictable surfaces.

At the heart of the Amflow TL Carbon is the Avinox M2 drive unit. With 110Nm of nominal torque and up to 125Nm peak torque, it delivers serious climbing support, especially when riding with luggage, tackling long gradients or heading onto mixed terrain. The motor is paired with the Avinox RS800 removable battery, giving the TL Carbon the range and practicality needed for longer days out. The battery can be removed using the supplied keys, making charging easier at home, in the garage or while travelling. Control is handled through the Avinox DPC100 2-inch OLED display, with wireless controllers positioned on both sides of the handlebar for easy access while riding.
