ORBEA RALLON D-LTD 2026 - GRAVITY BRED
The new Orbea Rallon D-LTD is a full-suspension downhill mountain bike born from 185 years of Orbea's racing heritage. This isn't just a bike; it's the exact same machine ridden by Orbea's pro racers on World Cup tracks, proving its elite performance. With its gravity-tuned design, uncompromising suspension, and low centre of gravity, it's engineered to make you faster and more confident on the gnarliest descents.
The Rallon D-LTD offers unmatched adjustability, letting you fine-tune your ride for any track or style thanks to its innovative Attitude Adjust system. Built to endure, its robust construction and gravity-standard components ensure it's a reliable partner for aggressive downhill riding. Get ready to elevate your downhill experience.
DOWNHILL FAST
The Orbea Rallon D-LTD is built for pure speed. It boasts 200mm of travel front and rear, ready for the biggest hits and fastest descents. Its suspension kinematics are finely tuned for maximum traction and composure, minimizing pedal kickback and braking feedback. Riders can also fine-tune the suspension, choosing between 25% and 30% progressivityto suit any track.
Orbea's GravityLink suspension system strategically positions the shock low in the frame, creating an exceptionally low centre of gravity. This enhances stability and agility, especially when leaning into corners or catching air. For ultimate customization, riders can add up to 395g of internal weights to the bottom bracket for increased composure, or remove them for quicker reactions. The Rallon D-LTD features DH-refined geometry, exclusively in a Mullet setup, perfected through years of testing. Precise carbon lay-up ensures balanced front and rear triangle stiffness, delivering exceptional grip and confidence on rough terrain.
ADJUSTABILITY FOR EVERY TRACK
Attitude Adjust
From full-throttle downhill runs to chilled-out laps with friends, every ride is different—and Rallon is built to match. Its versatile adjustability gives you the perfect setup, no matter where the day takes you.
On the Trail: Dial in Your Ride
Quick adjustments let you fine-tune your Rallon for every track and trail:
- Shock Progressivity: Use the GravityLink flip chip to adjust shock progression by ~5%, from approximately 25% to 30%, giving you more control over your suspension feel.
- Head Angle Adjust: Change the head angle by 0.75º using the offset headset cup—tweak your geometry to match the terrain.
- Weighted Bottom Bracket: Boost stability by adding weight low on the frame. Rallon includes 93 g, 95 g, and 395 g weights that mount to threaded holes in the GravityLink.
Off the Trail: Custom Fit for Your Style
Your riding style is personal—and your Rallon should reflect that. During the purchasing process, Orbea gives you meaningful options to make it yours:
- Chainstay Length Options: Choose 442 mm chainstays for a nimble, playful ride or 450 mm for maximum stability at speed. Orbea’s testing shows preference for chainstay length depends more on riding style than frame size—so they let you decide.
BUILT FOR ABUSE
BUILT FOR ABUSE
- Fully Guided Internal Cables: Cables are completely guided through the frame, eliminating rattle and making maintenance simple and hassle-free.
- Upgraded Chainstay Protector: A soft rubber guard with hollow recesses absorbs chain slap more effectively, keeping noise down and your ride smoother.
Gravity-Grade Components
Rallon is equipped with components tough enough for the demands of downhill riding—chosen for durability, reliability, and confidence in high-stress situations.
Signature Orbea Features
True to Orbea’s mountain bike DNA, Rallon includes thoughtful, rider-focused touches:
- FLP Multitool: Integrated into the frame for quick trailside adjustments.
- LOCKR Storage: Hidden, spacious in-frame storage for tools or essentials.
- Sealed Bearings: Shields bearings from the elements.
