A minimum of 10% deposit can be placed against any finance application but if you would like to pay a higher deposit this is no problem you can select from the drop-down menu or you can contact us to arrange make a phone application if you have a specific amount you wish to put down.

There is limit on the deposit amount as long as you leave 50% of the total value to take on finance. Remember you can still make overpayments to reduce your balance.

If approved your finance agreement will be processed by our team and we will be in contact to request the deposit amount of the agreement. Once paid, an order confirmation will be sent and our team will keep you updated regards your order right through to delivery or collection of your new bike.

If your finance application is declined, V12 will send you an email and our team will also reach out to you with details of how to appeal your decision should you wish to do this.

If your application is referred, V12 will send you an email to confirm this. They may be in touch to request further information so it is important you check your emails and spam mail over the next few days following your application.

Spread the cost with buy now pay later finance available online and in-store.

The buy now pay later finance option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over your chosen term with an agreed non-payment period.

If you choose to exercise the option to settle the amount of credit in full before the end of the non-payment period you will not pay any interest.

If you choose not to settle in full by the end of the non-payment period, the amount of credit remaining will be spread across the remaining term with interest charged at the rate set out in your credit agreement. You will pay interest on the amount of credit that remains unpaid and interest will be charged from the date we told you the agreement was live.

Your first payment will be taken 28 days after your new bike is dispatched / collected from our showroom. Your finance will not ever be released earlier than this day so if for any reason your bike is delayed you will not pay any finance payments until 28 days after the bike is dispatched / collected from our store.

Absolutely not. We don’t release your finance until the day we send (or you collect) your bike. Your first payment is then taken 28 days later by V12 Retail Finance. Special Order Agreements may be subject to early finance release but this is always agreed upon first by both parties.
