Mondraker Makes Light of Going Fast - Mondraker Podium 2021 - MTB Monster

Mondraker, the Spanish brand famed for it's Forward Geometry, has unveiled a super-lightweight new cross country hardtail. In launching the brand new 2021 Podium, Mondraker have produced the lightest 29er carbon hardtail frameset in the world at a mere 775g (size Medium).

The Podium is the best advantage possible in XC racing to grab a podium position.

To make the Podium so light, Mondraker have used a Minimal Concept Design and Stealth Air Carbon lay-up to create the new frame together with input from top-level riders.

The carbon layup in the Podium is made from a high-modulus carbon fibres, which result in a stiffer, cleaner hardtail frame that feels more compliant but still offers efficient power transfer.

Mondraker Podium 2021 - The Unfair Advantage

Compared to the 2020 model, the new 2021 Podium now has a slacker head angle of 68.5°, a steeper seat tube of 73° and a shorter rear triangle which combined offers a more balanced feel for climbing prowess and confidence inspiring stability at any speed.
