The META SX V5 is driven before its ridden. The 165mm of travel is combined with our new Virtual Contact System (VCS) kinematics. Even more effective, it comes into its own when released in the bike park or on steep trails. This is a bike for riders looking for an enduro bike that feels as close to a DH bike as possible.
This SIGNATURE edition is one of our top-of-the-range META SX V5 build. The components are chosen for their efficiency and to perfectly compliment the qualities of the frame.
With the 38 Float Factory fork, we offer the best from FOX. A stiff chassis, Kashima anti-friction coated stanchions and GRIP2 cartridge with different hydraulic settings. On the back, the Float X Factory is specially set for the kinematics of the frame and contributes to the dynamism and of the bike. Again, different hydraulic settings to adapt to the terrain and a lock-out lever to climb more efficiently.
We've chosen the best for the cockpit too. For more than 50 years, RENTHAL has manufactured aluminium handlebars and stems that have an excellent reputation, and their reliability is unquestionable.
To manage shifting and braking, we trust SHIMANO and the excellent Deore XT groupset. 12-speed transmission, 4-piston callipers and 203mm discs: a benchmark on the market for over 40 years.
This model is fitted with DT SWISS EX 1700 wheels. Made form high-end aluminium, they have an ultra-resistant weld, and are assembled by hand in Switzerland.
The wheels are finished with SCHWALBE Magic Mary and Big Betty Super Trail 29/27.5x2.40 tyres, offering the best weight to puncture resistance ratio.
Commencal Meta SX V5 Size Guide
The Commencal Meta SX V5 (full suspension mountain bike) comes in four sizes. Please make sure any measurements are taken without any footwear on.
Please Note: Many bike brands' size guides overlap slightly. This is because small adjustments like seat position can accommodate riders who fall between sizes. When you're in this overlap zone, the choice comes down to preference: a larger size for a more stretched-out ride, or a smaller size for a more compact feel.
