Showroom and Workshop Closing Temporarily
We are living through extraordinary times right now and we would like to let you know that due to the current situation we have decided to close our showroom and repair centre to minimise the amount of social contact and in doing so help to protect our staff and the community we work in. We ae constantly reviewing our position to ensure we are in line with UK government advice on social distancing so please review this page for regular updates.
The good news is you can still order your new bike through MTB Monster, as our website remains fully operational with orders and deliveries continuing. Currently, we are working on a 7-15 working day delivery timescale for bikes in stock. As always once an order is placed we will liaise with you to keep you informed on the delivery of your new bike and with all new orders we will do our best to complete them in a shorter timeframe where possible. As with all things, at the moment, this is subject to change but please be assured will do our best, to keep you as up to date as possible, at all times.
Our suppliers are also experiencing changes to the way they normally work. We are working 7 days a week in order to keep our stock levels accurate but if you would like to double check anything before ordering please contact us here.

If you are a frontline NHS member of staff and would like to take the free bike service, please contact us beforehand. For peace of mind we will disinfect the bike on both arrival and on dispatch. We thank you for all of your hard work and dedication at this difficult time.

Please note, our inbound phone lines have been temporarily paused as many of our staff are working remotely and so getting through to the right person at the right time is not as easy as under normal circumstances.
With that in mind we have decided to correspond with all our customers via email. This way your queries can be picked up by the correct member of staff, regardless of where they are located.
However, in the process of setting up this new work environment over the last couple of days, we have unfortunately generated a back log of work. Nonetheless we are working incredibly hard to work through this, and aim to be responding to queries within the same day by the 26th April. Please be reassured that if you have already done so or intend on placing an order with us, we are fully operational and orders are running smoothly. Our Stock Levels – Covid-19 - 11/5/2020
Due to the large increase in sales, both our own stock and our supplier’s stock levels is changing by the minute, and both ourselves and our suppliers are working incredibly hard to fulfil everyone’s orders. We are updating both our showroom, warehouse and suppliers stock levels as often as we physically can to provide the most accurate information at all times.
However, due to the unprecedented situation we are not correct 100% of the time, as bikes are often selling out faster than the website and our suppliers stock levels are updating, which means that some of our orders cannot be completed.
If this is the case, we are really sorry and will always look to assist you in getting the chosen bike asap or looking for suitable options if you can't wait, alternatively we will refund the order straight away if no alternative options are suitable. We will call you if your order is affected as soon as we are made aware of it to discuss this with you. Once again, we are sorry if your order is affected and we are doing everything possible to avoid this. Thankyou in advance for your understanding we really do appreciate it.
