Since March our store has operated in a very different way and we would like to thank you all for your understanding and patience during these uncertain times. We are pleased to say that we are now working towards reopening our service centre and looking forward to welcoming customers back into our showroom to size up and view the new 2021 range of bikes.
In order to maintain social distancing and fall in line with government guidance we have decided to take the following steps towards reopening. You can now:
Book an appointment to view our range of bikes- please use the contact form, or our Live Chat facility to do this. This way we can make sure that what you want to see is ready for when you arrive, we have time to talk through any questions you have and can get you properly sized up.
Book your bike in for repair / service- please be aware that we are prioritising customers who have bikes bought through our store and that due to a very high demand for this service there may still be a wait time for booking in. You can book your bike in by using the contact formon the website or using our Live Chat facility.
Collect your new bike in store- you can select this option when purchasing and a member of our team will help set you up on your bike when you arrive.
Currently, we are working on a 5-10 working day delivery timescale for bikes in stock. As always once an order is placed, we will liaise with you to keep you informed on the delivery of your new bike and with all new orders we will do our best to complete them in a shorter timeframe where possible. If you are able to collect your bike from our BB27JA location this will significantly reduce your wait time as couriers are still experiencing delays in their network on occasion.
Our Stock Levels
Due to the large increase in sales, both our own stock and our supplier’s stock levels is changing by the minute, everyone involved is working incredibly hard to fulfil orders. We are updating both our showroom, warehouse and suppliers stock levels as often as we physically can to provide the most accurate information at all times.
However, due to the unprecedented situation we are not correct 100% of the time, as bikes are often selling out faster than the website and our suppliers stock levels are updating, which means that a very small number of our orders cannot be completed. Please be assured that we are working 7 days a week in order to keep our stock levels accurate but if you would like to double check anything before ordering please use the contact form or our Live Chat facility to get in touch.
If your order is affected, we are really sorry and will always look to assist you in getting the chosen bike asap or in looking for suitable options if you can't wait, alternatively we will refund the order straight away if no alternative options are suitable. We will call you if your order is affected as soon as we are made aware of it to discuss this with you.
