You can contact them directly if you would like to know more about why your application was declined. If you believe you should be eligible, and you can afford the repayments you can appeal to their team to hopefully get the decision reversed. If you do get your decision reversed, it is very important that you contact MTB Monster to let us know as soon as possible. V12 do not inform us directly if your application has been approved. To let us know please give us a call on 01254 959345 and press option 1 for sales.
If you want to continue with the order and pay using another means such as card or paypal please place a new order.
If you prefer not to pursue the order then there is nothing further you need to do.
